All our trainers are practicing teachers who have many years experience both classroom teaching and training teachers. All of our training staff are highly qualified and experienced TESOL professionals who are both sensitive and supportive of the needs of our students.
Our dedicated trainers are all active TESOL teachers and are therefore fully aware of the issues facing TESOL teachers and trainees in classrooms all over the world.
Sue has been involved with training for around 20 years. She has extensive experience in sharing her skills in the areas of business administration, business management, English language teaching and TESOL training. Sue has lived and worked overseas in Indonesia, Korea and China. Overseas roles have included English teacher at Fushan Foreign Languages Primary School in Shanghai, China and Director of Studies at Shanghai Commercial Accounting School. Sue has organised successfull professional development workshops for teachers in China, taught English to many different nationalities in Australia, Indonesia, China and Korea, and trained English teachers in Australia, China and Korea.
Qualifications include: M Arts in Applied Linguistics, Graduate Certificate in TESOL, B. Training, Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems, Diploma of Business Administration, Diploma of Business (Frontline Management), Diploma of Management and Leadership, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate IV in TESOL.
Di always wanted to be a teacher, but her career path originally went in a different direction and after school she became a stenographer, and then a nurse. After completing her nursing training in an Australian country hospital, she married and had two children, before creating a number of careers for herself which often included nursing. Di completed the Ba in Adult and Vocational Teaching at Griffith University in Brisbane, majoring in literacy and numeracy. This was followed by employment in a number of training organisations focusing on aged care, literacy and numeracy, hospitality and retail training before studying TESOL which combined her love of the English language and writing, with teaching. Di is a writer of short stories and biographies. She taught English at Yuexiu University of Foreign Languages in Shaoxing, China in 2008 and was awarded the Excellent Foreign Teacher Award. In early 2009 Di worked in South Korea for three months, working with Korean English Teachers.
Qualifications include: General Nursing, Ba Adult and Vocational Teaching, Certificate IV Training and Assessment, Certificate IV in Small Business, Certificate IV in TESOL.
